ACE-031

ACE-031 is a fusion protein of activin receptor type IIB and IgG1 Fc that functions as a myostatin inhibitor. It binds circulating myostatin and other TGF-β superfamily members, preventing them from inhibiting native ACV2RB receptors. Research indicates applications in muscle growth, metabolic disorders, bone density, and Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy studies.
